To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 足料荷葉飯！！

入屯門辦事，怎料突然下起大雨來，遂走到恆福商場避避雨。差不多到午飯時間，順道吃過午飯再走。坦白說，也不知恆福這裡有多少食肆，但看上去似是大快活最為穩健，因此就到大快活吃過午飯吧！一向甚少光顧這類港式連鎖快餐店，主要是我更為喜歡西式的快餐店，吃包之類的好像更對胃口。其實也想不到吃什麼，見到有荷葉飯，就決定試試！荷葉飯賣相不錯，做法也夠細心，本身在荷葉上面已開了口，只消揭開便可。細看之下，荷葉飯相當多料，有瑤柱，有蝦乾，燒鴨，肉類，冬菇等，每一口也可吃到餸料，感覺相當滿足，而且飯有荷葉味，飯本身亦很入味，相信如用料充足不無關係，但味精亦肯定是幕後功臣，因吃飽後有丁點口渴感，但不算太誇張，尚可接受。整體感覺算是相當不錯。一向覺得港式連鎖快餐店食物質素一般，怎料當中仍有奇葩，有幸選上，也算是緣份，加一杯熱飲，盛惠三十大元，算是經濟。再到大快活的話，很大機會會再吃荷葉飯呢！
