To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

偶爾發現見到，香脆的杏仁片滿滿的灑在烘得香香的巴黎圈上，看樣子很吸引，雖然要$40一個，但還是忍不了手買來一試。原來我看到的樣子是未完成的，只有外殼。付款了，店員就會幫你拿到烘培室裡幫你唧cream。原來看來只是一個普通冬甩的size，加cream後變了double size。口感好豐富，外殼帶點脆、杏仁香口，榛子cream很滑，加上原粒榛子，其實好飽。本來打算用來作甜品，結果填飽了大半個胃，差一點晚餐也不用吃。榛子cream很香，吃得出真材實料。不過對我而言，太甜，有點膩。
