是日在跑馬地附近工作 ,放工後想係到行個圈食小小野,見到之前上網好多人介紹的明星小店Banh Mi Pate,據聞好多藝人,名人都去食。餐廳環境簡約而溫馨,牆上掛著色彩鮮艷的越南藝術作品。餐廳由越南人主理,充滿地道風味。餐廳主打菜,招牌越式法包以即叫即焗的方式製作,法包外層香脆,內層材料豐富,夾著肝醬,扎肉,燒肉,新鮮芫茜青瓜,越式酸菜,口感層次非常豐富。除左法包,餐廳的越式香茅豬扒湯檬也是不錯的選擇。香茅豬扒醃得香濃,湯檬很順滑,湯頭清甜,捏一把檸檬酸汁,整個湯底又再提鮮了不少,非常清新。另有個不得不點的鎮店小食:牛油雞翼,非常受歡迎,亦是即叫即製。雞翼煎得金黃酥脆,充滿牛油香氣,肉質VERY JUICY。
