好耐冇食過好味到可以一塊接一塊嘅Pizza啦🤤最近就俾我發現到喺跑馬地入面嘅Little Napoli,主打用拿坡里傳統石窯烤爐烤嘅Pizza,係最正宗嘅拿坡里味道😍 今次試咗最經典嘅Margherita (HK$158) 同 Vesuviana ($218),所有Pizza即叫即整,批邊係外脆內軟好有空氣感,仲有啲炭香,Pizza中心係濕軟。佢哋呢度係會成個Pizza上,然後再俾較剪你剪開嚟食,食食下好快就食曬成個Pizza😈 Margherita嘅蕃茄醬香濃得嚟帶少少酸,配埋水牛芝士同羊奶芝士啱啱好,一啲都唔膩👍🏻 另外Vesuviana係比較少見嘅白汁底Pizza,食落好香菠菜味,有少少辣,推介!之前都有食過其他出名嘅拿坡里Pizza但都幾失望,有啲個邊係燶曬食落係苦嘅,有啲個中間係濕到出曬水😪 所以話其實好食嘅Pizza真係好難搵。P.S. 佢哋係啱啱開業,所以營業時間可能會有啲浮動,暫時平日得夜晚開,weekend就開lunch同dinner。
