To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好少去跑馬地既我, 今次搞左個出左名好耐彭慶記飯局,由於有訂位,一行十人到左就即刻可以坐低,然雖門口同店鋪比較細,但裝修方面實而不華,燈光微暗,有點兒貴氣既感覺,入面只能擺大慨20人,我地佔左唯一既大台先來一個例湯, 好似有微豆瘦肉等材料,算係老火湯(應該所有入去食既人都會有)之後我地點左砵酒焗蠔:砵酒汁配咩葱,汁多而甜得黎有酒香, 配又大又滑既蠔一流醬烤骨:將豬肉煎過後配以一D甜酸醬做成, 個醬做得好開胃, 亦好似有少少橙味。豬肉近骨位所以彈牙得黎爽口啫啫通菜煲: 通菜生鮮擺落個煲度即時炒, 香氣四溢令人食指大動賽蠔蟹:個蛋做得超滑而咬落有質感!點醋好好味!紅燒豆腐:豆腐出面層皮燒得好夠味而豆腐內夠滑,同冬菇一齊煮吾錯麗芋卷:呢味係一定要試!比好多齋店整得更好食,出面既皮好薄而且炸得好鬆脆,以螺旋卷式包住D芉頭蓉,而芋頭打得好林好碎,令到咬落去除左出面既脆外,口腔仲會感受到好實在既芋頭味。 重點係熱熱辣, 超好食!梅菜扣肉:扣肉十分林,而且用十分肥美既部位,椰菜香黎黎亦有口感,醬汁OK但不夠濃薑葱魚標煲:薑葱配合一個瓦煲將魚鰾既鮮味弔發出黎,正蓮藕餅:將豬肉馬同蓮藕打成碎再煎。有肉香

籠仔蒸蝦飯:呢味好野,用荷葉將飯同開邊蝦連埋葱花蒜蓉等香料擺落籠仔度蒸,一放上台充滿住啖啖荷葉同蒜蓉蝦既香味, 而飯亦都吸哂所有材料既汁令到味道變得豐富, 蝦亦十分新鮮
總括而言,呢間小菜館味道一流,服務亦幾好(待應同老板都會過黎解釋下D菜)值得再試!
