To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去跑馬地運動場做運動,順便跟朋友一起來跑馬地街市試下好出名的銖記。大概7點半到,點了金牌蒜香骨半例,炸得金黃酥脆,肉質緊實,有嚼勁;胡椒豬肚湯,濃濃的胡椒味好香啊,口龍辣辣的很過癮,豬肚有嚼勁,很脆爽的感覺;沙姜雞腳,滿滿的膠原蛋白,沙姜非常入味;清湯牛腩火鍋,還是老北京銅鍋的造型,牛腩份量很多🤭,清湯牛肉味十足,我們沒人都喝了很多碗,這點可以必點,很好吃;啫啫芥蘭,全都是芥蘭根部,蔬菜新鮮,脆脆的,清爽多汁。三個人消費400多吃得非常飽👍🏻
