To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

<跟女朋友吃飯系列•六十二>行行下西環，記得附近有間馳名的茶記，就跟女朋友來試試。印象中上次來，碰巧撞正他們休息，所以摸門釘。今次來，雖然是假日，但他們照常營業。餐廳內外頗有茶記特色，餐牌也換上了新束束的。圖文並茂，令小編很容易明白菜式。食物方面點了蝦多士和牛柏葉。蝦多士是此店的招牌菜，今次再來，味道依舊，蝦球加上多士，每一口也是蝦肉，十分過癮。至於牛柏葉，也有驚喜，湯底清，配合爽滑的牛栢葉、辣椒等，十分出色。服務方面店員主要兩個，一男一女，均服務很好，以小店來說，十個讚，真害怕百番叫人服務換來加料。
