生拆蟹粉小籠包


Steamed Shanghainese Pork Dumplings stuffed with Hairy Crab Roe

上年是吉列班球,今次換上了大蝦,同樣有驚喜,脆漿好薄,炸得色澤金黃,火喉掌握得啱啱好,外脆內彈,超正,澆點蟹粉上面,更是人間美味,滿口都是蟹肉的香氣,另行配上的小花卷,鬆軟可口,想不到蘸上了蟹粉,有意想不到的效果。

烏冬質地滑溜,蟹粉味濃,但湯水太多蟹粉混和湯水後便變得稍淡,個人覺得減少湯的份量,令烏冬可以掛上蟹粉的話,效果會更好。
