To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

跟文華扒房沒有可比性

📍灣仔 君悅扒房💰 staycation package 香港的君悅酒店一直是我非常喜歡的一間酒店，去年就已經來staycation過一次，今年同樣再來一次，不過不同的是，看到這個package非常划算，就訂了一個食➕住的套餐，差不多5000左右～ 不過這次來君悅各種體驗大不如前，單從扒房體驗來講就不是太好，酒店將package的客人統一安排在了二樓，換而言之，就是所有預約的客人和staycation的客人是分開的，我覺得感覺不是太好，有種如此對待的即視感。其次，就食物來說，跟文華扒房簡直沒得比，我們已經加錢升級了最好的牛肉，不過和文化的威靈頓來說還是比不了⋯⋯再次，侍應個人覺得不是很專業，倒酒的時候灑出來，我個人不是很明白，倒紅酒，為什麼還會漏出來？最後想說，食材也一般般，那個蝦我不覺得是新鮮的，肉質有點爛
