胡椒豬肚雞煲($160) - 用勺一扚,全是雞件,但無咩豬肚。已磨碎的胡椒,味濃烈,入口超辛辣,雖叫左微辣,但小妹食數口已標晒汗,放棄。量頗多,4位女士實在吃不消,剩好多。適合嗜辣人冬天食暖胃。香煎蓮藕餅 ($58) – 較鬆散,肉藕分離,蓮藕唔夠多,故未夠爽口,味道一般。黃金蝦 ($88) – 金黃色的蛋黃沾滿大蝦,蝦肉夠咸香、但無鮮味。惜蝦殼未夠脆口,未能吞下。鋒記小炒王($68) – 即係炒雜燴,有d魷魚,蝦,瘦肉、腰果等等。無咩特別,淨記得腰果夠香脆。想食好味又抵食的小炒,筲箕灣選擇多的是,唔會再黎幫襯。
