Restaurant: 新匯聚餐廳小廚
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友系APM行完街，就系工廠區搵地方食野朋友平時午餐都有幫襯，味道不錯。所以入左去試下晚市小菜。有小菜同打邊爐選擇。老闆好nice～推介峰蜜梳打，墨魚咀。人流中規中矩。除了水煮肥牛，其他小菜評價都好好。頭盤-北海道花皮口感好爽口，微辣。墨魚咀同椒鹽鮮魷都好香口，味道一流。話梅骨個汁好開胃。辣子雞好辣好香。大家不妨一試。
