好耐冇去路邊大排檔, 今天放工在深水埗, 同事 提議去《 金牌源記大排檔》。去到門口,見到幾張圓枱, 牆上貼上多款美食圖片, 更有多款經典懷舊菜, 街坊小菜, 鑊氣小炒, 非常吸引樣樣都想試。今日天氣冇之前咁炎熱, 有大風扇吹住 還不至於太熱。去到大排檔點少得一支冰凍啤酒~汽水都唔少得~天氣炎熱揀咗個[金銀蛋菜心]$62( 是日白菜仔沽清), 估唔到用菜心都幾特別, 粗壯嘅菜心吸滿清甜嘅上湯,皮蛋,鹹蛋,肉碎嘅精華, 味道豐富 ,冇油比較健康。仲叫咗佢嘅[招牌紅燒乳鴿]每隻$68, 滾油淋上製造脆皮嘅效果, 即叫即炸所以乳鴿皮都係脹卜卜唔會收水。 肉質唔嚡, 主打係個脆皮, 乳鴿皮又冇脂肪層,正!留意到佢嘅白飯都係好大碗, 滿滿的。小菜一般夠鑊氣, 味道唔錯, 下次人較多再試多些其他菜式。
