To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今朝同家人飲茶,婆婆想食咸水角,所以同個男伙記(原來是經理)講再後加一碟咸水角,大家都聽到佢都覆述左一次。後來卻來了紅棗糕,我地好正常咁同番佢講話可能落錯單,但那個經理卻一路行一路很晦氣地講“紅棗糕又話係咸水角!!”頂!你落錯唔怪你,本末倒置屈人就唔得啦!唔好意思都無句,自己攪錯仲要屈人講錯!態度極劣!想搵經理講番,原來佢係經理!仲要“得啦得啦咪同你改番囉!”敷衍之極, 態度極差!飲餐茶仲要受你氣!有冇攪錯?其後仲要其他員工幫佢來道歉!離晒譜!其實其他員工係好好的,唯獨是這個所謂的經理破壞氣氛。
