To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

吃完沙律菜、餐湯及前菜後,也到主菜上場的時候,我選擇了五成熟的「寶雲酥焗羊架配芥末燒汁」,羊肉生熟度控制得幾好,外層微脆,切開中間還保留適當肉汁,肉質鮮嫩帶有少許羶味,好吃。

甜品有滋潤又清甜的桃膠雪耳糖水、南瓜撻、朱古力軟蛋糕、椰子蛋糕、胡桃批 及 麵包布甸配雲呢拿汁,每樣取一件也不是很過分吧,最喜歡當中的朱古力軟蛋糕,朱古力味香濃,蛋糕鬆軟又滋味。
