To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 為朋友慶生,又想搵提供優質海鮮及多款菜式的西餐,偶然社交平台見這餐廳推廣,看過食評亦幾好,所以決定試weekend brunch。 餐廳位於蘭桂芳商廈,沒有特別景觀,而且樓面面積不算大,但一出lif口到餐廳入口感覺樓底夠高,裝修有酒店的氣派,而餐廳安排了靠窗座位也舒服。海鮮供應有生蠔、龍蝦、長腳蟹及蟹拑,全部試過都非常新鮮,而且不斷refill,大快朵頤。私營西餐廳規範雖不夠大,好處是不會人頭湧湧,取食物不像好多時要排隊。另外非常值得推薦的是燒豬腩肉及燒牛肉,特別係燒腩肉,皮脆肉香,酒店自助餐亦未必有這個菜式及水準。 自助餐亦供應一款熱湯,麵飽、沙律bar、即煮意粉及甜品。熱湯比較失望因為不是西湯,而是酸辣湯,而且質素不理想,只覺湯面很油,不能與湯料及湯融合,相信大多食客應該似我一般期望有西湯。沙律菜選擇一般,但有驚喜的是有buffalo cheese配蕃茄。這款cheese自助餐不常見,而即使想買,也只有到比較大型及多外國人光顧的超市才可買到。意粉方面也有些失望,因個人比較喜歡意大利闊麵fettuccine/tagliatelle/linginue,但餐廳只供應一般spaghetti

總結來說,這間餐廳水準很好,我會再去亦推薦大家去光顧。以上提到一些食物選擇及質素問題可考慮再改善更好。
