4次食芽莊的經歷都比了將軍澳這店,今日收工後突然想食碗pho,到埗後大概8點晚餐時間,不用排隊。2個人叫咗4樣野,分別是生牛肉併手撕雞河,燒牛肉撈檬,牛油雞翼,香茅燒牛肉粉卷。首先河粉一到,附上必備小碟調味。唯一扣分係生牛肉幾乎全熟,但勝在手撕雞咬落有少餣過的味,口感加分湯底一如既往嘅清甜,唔會太重味精,相比其他pho,感覺似帶有少量雞湯味。友人所點嘅撈檬,鹹酸甜夾在中間,十分開胃,伴燒牛肉2件,如果可以多2件會好好多。每次黎都必點牛油雞翼,炸得好香,唔點醬最好食整體除咗加價及份量變少之外,味道都保持水準,間唔中都會想再食
