天氣開始和暖,又係時候品嚐輕盈清爽嘅中菜。最近「上海姥姥」推出咗春日餐牌 – 姥姥江湖行,故事來源於姥姥由南到北磨練廚藝嘅經歷,最終成就今次嘅春日餐牌。上海姥姥春日餐牌– 姥姥江湖行繁花排骨年糕香脆嘅排骨配搭煙煙韌韌嘅年糕,年糕吸引哂醬油濃厚嘅味道,令到味道更加豐富。翠玉鮮蝦小籠包(4件)好嘅小籠包一定要皮薄餡靚,翠玉鮮蝦小籠包輕易夾起都唔會漏汁,內餡有鮮蝦和上湯,每一啖都係蝦嘅鮮味。姥姥肉棗配士多啤梨醬如果食個潮州菜,一定會見過蝦棗和蟹棗,今次大廚就配搭咗士多啤梨醬,充滿肉香又唔會油膩。姥姥辣椒炒肉驚喜嘅地方係大廚用上湖南螺絲椒,營造出湖南傳統嘅香辣味道。熱鍋上鋪滿肉片,辣中帶香。黑糖芝麻湯圓流心酥(3件)雪白嘅湯丸包含流心嘅黑芝麻,甜中帶芝麻香。番石榴茉莉花茶番石榴和茉莉花茶嘅清香,啱晒夏天消暑解渴。六款菜式都好適合同屋企人又或者朋友一齊試,呢個夏日一定唔可以錯過啦。

香脆嘅排骨配搭煙煙韌韌嘅年糕,年糕吸引哂醬油濃厚嘅味道,令到味道更加豐富。
