在popcorn搵Dinner。發現這個二人餐牌,有湯有小食有小菜有飯有甜品,可以解決選擇困難症,所以全家在此晚餐。餐湯先上干貝魚肚羮       小米點的宋嫂魚羮     魚肉碎碎很少,主要是蛋白。扮魚肉? 再配菇菌類。雲吞雞湯    小米之父點的。小食     雞絲粉皮 麻醬勁多香煎素鵝      腐皮金黃色很平均,但好多油,也許是炸出來的。  入口熱辣辣,加熱的油溫很高,小心!要攤凍少少先至好食。老壇酸菜鯛魚片   小米表示這個辣度帶有苦味。花椒過度加熱就變苦辣了。酸菜,不是平一般酸菜魚的酸菜,感覺不協調。幸好鯛魚肉爽脆滑滑。糖醋魚塊      魚肉容易咬,方便咀嚼 ,但又想有少少花款,所以點糖醋魚。應該係果隻魚柳,沾包漿再炸。紅燒黃金獅子頭 只有二粒,    肉丸口感不彈牙,中間有蛋黃。青蒜回鍋肉   本以為是青蒜苗炒回鍋肉,原來是椰菜炒回鍋肉。青蒜在哪裡?   剛嚐過酸菜魚,所以覺得回鍋肉辣度不高。豆沙鍋餅    特地在系統中選擇<後上>。 金黃外皮的色澤十分平均勻,沒有煎過的焦焦位。熱辣辣上枱,很燙口,以何方式來加熱,心照。  豆沙不太甜,外皮脆口。但實在需要一杯熱茶解膩。

於2024年10月4號晚上7點多光顧對於店內一名穿深藍色衫戴眼鏡舖中年男員工的服務跟態極度不滿!佢服務位置於收銀機附近我們用電話落單 落單後發現有4款數量重覆了訂單我查單後立即通知此員工 佢立即跟我說落單後就不能取消原因係唔係經佢地人手落單 之後佢拖左一段時間後再跟我說會到廚房查看如果未開始煮試下幫我取消之後佢再同我確認邊樣重覆咗我逐樣同佢講 呢度都無左幾分鐘最後佢從廚房拿出4張單出來有兩張是錯的 明顯在拖延我們時間 又用多幾分鐘如果佢有心既話 用呢段時間都足以幫我取消錯既訂單好笑既係 最後係取消左4樣野但其中一樣並不是我要求取消的記憶力又差 態度又差 又唔識同客人溝通另外 都要表揚其他女侍應 佢地態度同服務都十分好但對呢位男服務員真係好失望!同好憤怒

佢服務位置於收銀機附近

我們用電話落單 落單後發現有4款數量重覆了訂單
我查單後立即通知此員工 佢立即跟我說落單後就不能取消
原因係唔係經佢地人手落單

之後佢拖左一段時間後再跟我說會到廚房查看

母親節前夕,路經姥姥不用等位,又突然好想食小籠包,一於決定食上海嘢。同Honey左諗右諗終於Order兩款冷菜:鎮江肴肉和醉雞。還選心愛嘅小籠包、菜肉雲吞,紅油五香牛肉伴麵和豆漿。先講鎮江肴肉,有標準和輕盈size我選擇輕盈,原來有5件$50我個人稍嫌淡口,不夠濃味,但可以接受。當家花雕醉雞上碟排放好靚,可惜碟底放了好多雞的下欄嘢,例如:雞肚位置肥膏,雞爪對上一段的雞腳骨,整碟雞骨多個雞肉,花雕酒沒有花雕酒的香濃味,雞有陣陣雞腥羶味,雞皮厚,令人非常失望。小籠包,皮太厚,汁不夠多,肉沒有肉鮮味,假如你一心一意因吃小籠包先幫襯,你會完全失望而回。菜肉雲吞一樣皮厚,用黃色雲吞皮包,不是用白皮,賣相像鮮蝦雲吞製作,有長長的雲吞尾巴,菜肉雲吞兩端沒有向中間屈摺,雲吞湯中規中矩,沒有驚喜。紅油五香牛肉麵,麵質硬,用紅油,生蒜蓉(有點辣)葱粒撈麵,五香牛肉帶不出五香鹵水味,味道淡口,撈麵醬油一般味道。整體食物質素務及侍應服務態度可一不可再,徹底對姥姥失望。還有收$6元一位茶錢,只給你半杯茶,渴完再叫喚侍應加茶,但都沒有侍應理會,只聽到兩個字、等等的反應。令人氣憤😡快快結帳回家。
