To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 住左係荃灣西咁耐,終於有機會第一次食呢間野。呢間野就喺Aeon入面,都幾方便,之前有試過佢啲台式飲品,今次行過肚餓又唔想食太多野就揀咗試吓呢間便當。我叫咗個滷水雞翼便當,男朋友呢就叫咗個雞扒便當。首先第一個感覺係配菜好多,真係好似台灣當地嘅便當。佢嘅配菜有半隻滷水蛋、炒粉絲、炒雜菜、粟米粒同埋酸菜。配菜撈埋個飯好出色,每一啖都有滿滿嘅餸。三隻滷水雞翼都好好味,亦都炆得好淋。至於個雞扒呢,我就冇食到,不過男朋友就話都煮得好嫩,而且好大塊,食晒成個飯都未食晒啲雞扒。我哋仲加多左一個花枝丸嘅小食,個花枝丸好好味啊。佢係炸出嚟嘅,上面落咗好多椒鹽,口感好彈牙好似台灣夜市食到嗰啲!呢餐兩個人加埋都係百幾蚊,其實好抵食,另外我仲加多左一杯芋圓奶茶,呢樣野唔係好多地方有得飲,覺得值得推介

我哋仲加多左一個花枝丸嘅小食,個花枝丸好好味啊。佢係炸出嚟嘅,上面落咗好多椒鹽,口感好彈牙好似台灣夜市食到嗰啲!
