西班牙的小食叫Tapas,那麼意大利的都叫Tapas嗎?不過,都唔需要考究了,最重要還是食物質素,位於金域假日酒店內的Osteria一向也是一間水準穩定的餐廳,他們近期更推出了Italian Tapas,給一家大細或三五知己一起分享。 Italian Tapas共有十多款,隨意揀上數款,首先送上非吃不可的【巴瑪火腿伴軟芝士】,總覺得軟滑富奶香的水牛芝士與咸香的巴瑪火腿是最佳拍檔。 【蕃茄多士伴沙甸魚沙律】是另一個開胃小吃,沙甸魚油份豐富,配合酸酸甜甜的車厘茄有效中和了油膩,吃得到鮮味又不腥,不錯。 【生牛肉薄片伴火箭菜黑松露】於意大利頭盤中是不可或缺的,牛柳部份切得薄薄的,灑上橄欖油、黑胡椒及巴瑪臣芝士來調味,順道捲著火箭菜來吃,清新不膩。 幾道冷的Tapas過後,來幾道熱辣辣的Tapas吧,【炒藍青口】來得正是時候,藍青口質感幼緻細緻,與惹味的湯汁結合,令人難以停口。 再來一個【意式焗茄子】,用上煙燻芝士來焗製,香氣更為濃厚,而且茄子、蕃茄醬及芝士三者已混為一體,實在好吃。 享用完一輪Tapas後,以【傳統海鮮辣蕃茄湯】來為主菜打開一條血路,微微的酸香及辣

占苗其實都幾喜歡吃薄餅,這個【雜海鮮、青露筍、水牛芝士薄餅】的食材配搭新穎,加入露筍於其中,平衡了海鮮與芝士的油膩,帶來了陣陣清幽及清脆口感。

終於來到【芝士及菠菜丸、辣肉腸、茄子、橄欖】了,薯仔麵糰加入了菠菜做成丸子,質感煙煙韌韌,味道較淡,所以辣肉腸醬做得特別香濃惹味,配合起來也不錯。
