To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夜晚放工,到港島同好友食飯朋友在金鐘放工想食清清地,諗返之前有人介紹過HKU 有間自助素食,都想去試試去到HKU, 好多學生放學好彩行到去一念素食人多但我們都搵到位坐我們研究一下,原來素菜是按重量計錢,飯同湯就任添。素菜款式雖然不算很多,但都有十多款我差不多每款都夾少少試試夾完去量重俾錢一共口五十元🙈🙈之後去舀湯同飯都是自助的今日是紅蘿蔔木瓜湯好清無味精好多粒粒紅蘿蔔飯是白米加紅米,好健康至於素菜呢最喜歡那件鮮竹卷包得好好,包著甘荀絲、木耳絲、蘿蔔絲,又多汁特意夾了甜品:芝麻糕同煎堆仔見有個外國人夾了大半盒我又想試下芝麻糕口感一般煎堆仔比較好內有芝麻花生餡,幾好食整體而言,素菜都不錯有機會都會再來

我又想試下
芝麻糕口感一般
煎堆仔比較好
內有芝麻花生餡,幾好食
整體而言,素菜都不錯
有機會都會再來
