Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 價錢好平民,一個米線set都只係 三十幾蚊,同埋質素高質。好似出名午市自助餐,係計g 埋單,下次會試埋😋

聽朋友講,HKU 呢間餐廳聘請一啲輕度弱智既朋友做員工,所以本來唔太喜歡食素既我,都特別去支持下。佢地好有禮貌好勤快,老闆對員工特別有耐心,欣賞老闆同員工既熱誠。
厨師每樣配料都堅持唔加味精,連欖菜都親自去炒,非常難得,大家真是要多多支持。
食物方面,前菜係非常清新開胃既紅菜頭火龍果配意大利黑醋,酸酸maymay好鬼開胃。
三絲五彩卷,佢用付皮包住中間有木耳炸菜菜紅羅白絲,你會食到豆既香味慢慢出黎,感覺清新健康。
去到酥香7味脆片,入面係付皮黎,我本來就好鐘意食支竹,食完幾道清淡餸菜,呢味餸非常脆口,而且椒鹽夠哂野味,可以直接刺激下我味蕾。
另一道我推介的係香芒鮮猴頭菇,猴頭菇有咬口,芒果夠甜,加青椒濃味得黎又有一種清新生果既感覺,好正。
我地加咗個蜜汁素义燒配脆米,呢個配搭我最鐘意,义燒充滿麥牙糖既香甜,配脆米令你口感可以提升到另一個層次,我忍唔住食完再食。
甜品大家一定要試芝麻糕,聽講係師傅親自炒芝麻磨芝麻制成,有非常香濃芝麻香味,重點係無一種好甜既感覺,推薦推薦。
嗰度有一個XO醬,你可以自助出去拎,本人係重口味寶寶,所以第2度清淡既餸開始,試完味就讓哂啲XO醬入去。呢個醬係師傅特別為全素客戶精心挑選材質親自去做的,食得辣既朋友一定要試下。
呢個4位起既套餐,一共有十道菜,另外仲包埋飲品免加一,每位都係$198,佢幾個月會轉一次餐牌,大家去前記得預先2日訂位。

環境與價格
一念素食同好多其它嘅齋舖好唔同,佢既定嘅落 Order 方式係自己夾然後按重量埋單,100克嘅食物大概 $17,但亦都有其他嘅套餐(例如係米線同下午茶套餐)供食客選擇。而因為有唔少嘅食物都比較多水份嘅關係價錢並唔算係好平,但勝在有無限嘅湯,且白飯任裝,所以無論食平啲食貴啲都可以保證你食飽飽。要注意嘅係而家由於疫情關係每次去裝飯畢湯嘅時候都要用新碗,夾嘢食嘅時候需要佩戴手套,可見呢間餐廳嘅細心之處。
服務質素
講到細心,一念素食嘅服務質素都有值得表揚嘅地方。你一定以為一間自助形式嘅餐廳無咩服務嘅質素可言啦,但咁就大錯特錯喇。嗰次去用餐嘅時候因為想欣賞下風景所以坐咗出面,但結果發現有好多蚊所以想坐返入去。當時餐廳嘅職員唔單止幫我哋手搬返啲嘢入餐廳,而且見我哋被蚊咬仲俾埋無比滴我哋查添!呢個位真係加爆分!
食物質素
講咗咁耐都未開始講食物。一念素食俾食客選擇嘅食物種類繁多,簡單之青菜豆腐、複雜至素肉丸同春卷都有,甚至有各種甜品比食客選擇。正如第一段所講,食物嘅味道真係好好,素肉嘅味道同真嘅肉類不相伯仲,且整體味道唔會太淡,亦都唔會太濃,恰到好處。雖然係自助嘅形式,但係食物嘅溫度亦都得到保持。係飯方面佢哋以紅米混合白米,使之更加有層次;至於湯,今次飲嘅冬瓜蘿蔔眉豆湯,味道非常之清甜,而且飲落口舒服,真係飲完一碗又一碗。雖然今餐以食齋黎講食得有啲貴,但係淨係個湯就已經值回票價!

午膳時間餐廳供應約十款素菜,以純炒煮瓜菜為主,另有鮮竹卷、蘿蔔糕、炸春卷等選擇。食客在食物枱自由選擇喜愛的素菜,然後按重付費 ($16/100g)。紅米飯、素菜湯及茶水免費。 小編左挑右選,最後拼湊成這碟價值 $101 的素菜... 這個價錢遠比預期為高,尤其在校園的餐廳。説實話,這些素菜的備製功夫不算複雜,水準亦未予驚喜。反而小編挺欣賞不用付費的素菜湯,清甜無味精,又有小編喜愛的花生眉豆,最後「安歌」了一遍。
