To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跟著味蕾去旅行,今次我揀了這家餐廳,食物種類豐富過人,令人心郁郁。首先,試咗個「梁溪脆鱔」,嘩,真係脆到出聲,咬落去嘎吱嘎吱🍤,不過脆歸脆,鱔味就略為遜色。然後又嚟個「雞絲粉皮」,這個簡直就係清爽代表,雞絲滑溜,粉皮入口即化!「花雕醉雞」就算啦,雞肉雖然靚仔,但有啲太醉,花雕味有點蓋過雞味。接住,「和味燻魚」挺入味,但有魚骨要小心,冇炸到咁脆,普普通通。轉個口味食「砂鍋濃湯餛飩雞」,湯底清甜,餛飩雞俱佳。來吓青菜,「濃湯竹笙雜菌浸小白菜」,啖啖菜心,湯都夠味!「花膠扒翡翠苗」賣相一流,翡翠苗脆口得嚟,但花膠部分硬少少,青春不再咁。至於「富貴炒飯」就真係一絕,毫無黏踏之嫌,米粒似舞蹈家咁分明!最後嚟個「不等你小籠包」,一咬一爆汁,肉味夠晌!「黃金蝦球」,賣相閃閃,外脆內軟,雖然吓凍,但鹹蛋黃味做足功夫!吃完跟埋「高力豆沙」,勁!甜而不膩,炸得香脆又軟綿!呢下食完,胃口大開,健談風生💬。整體來講,這家餐廳算係鹹淡適中,可以有驚喜,有時亦會平平無奇,但落口感覺上,總歸是滿足了一頓飯的小期待。會唔會再嚟?我話,值得一試!👍🏼
