To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次食咗啲咩?嚟「彭慶記」試吓佢哋嘅家常味啦🤤。一入到去,見到金色大門迎面,搭住中式裝潢,感覺好親切!一落座,就攞起餐牌四圍望。侍應仲好親民,服務到位,感覺好放鬆👍。首先,蟶子皇嘅香味夠曬噴鼻,食落去爽口得嚟唔膩,蒸得啱啱好,粉絲又吸晒嗰鮮味,真係惹味至極。跟住試咗個炸生蠔,啲蠔肉彈牙又鮮甜,外皮脆得黎唔油膩,食落好滿足!然後啲糯米釀雞翼,佢嘅外皮脆卜卜,啖啖肉感,填滿咗糯米和瑤柱,咬落去香口得滯,真係腦漿都要迸出嚟🤩。不過那啲士多啤梨生炒骨就實話實說,嚡唔係特別吸引,啱啱唔太合我胃口。最後嚟個椒鹽鮮魷同肉絲炒河都炒得掂,魷魚鮮香又唔過韌,河粉滑口得黎各有特色,嗰啖芽菜是晚最出奇,清甜得嚟唔會搶鏡。食物總體上係正!平民化又夠味,真係大滿足嘅一餐,仲會再嚟!👏👏👏
