To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

轉手後勁難食

當初愛上食口水雞係因為喺呢間店食過，真係覺得好好味，但自從轉人後，之前食佢嘅酸辣湯麵，味道就係似街邊碗仔翅加咗少酸少辣，但都算還可，，今次食返口水雞擔擔麵，啲雞酥臭得連辣油都遮掩唔到，口水雞汁其實只係辣椒油汁，一點花椒香都唔覺有，至於個擔擔面我要少辣味，佢居然無晒花生味，佢雖然跟前手做法加櫻花蝦，但完全帶唔到個鮮香味，面味道還可以，但絕對唔係擔擔麵囉 最後我走時都同老闆講雞好覆好難食！ 希望宜家仲有開舖嘅食店，真係用心去煮嘢啦！香港啲食肆真係越嚟越難食啦肚餓係最好調味料，但呢餐真係頂唔順
