To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次我地黎到牛角,佢7月開始就轉左個新menu,用平價燒肉做主題,我就揀左平日lunch時間黎試下🤓我自己本身都係一個牛角fans,有金會員,用左張券換個燒肉六品盛盒,一個A餐($91),一個C餐($128),同一個S2餐($240),務求試曬唔同級數既牛肉🤪個餐同以前唔同既係,沙律之前係豐富d,有車厘茄,有粟米,同埋用胡麻醬撈既,依家就咁幾塊椰菜+柚子醬,差左好多👎🏻👎🏻飲品亦都選擇少左,同埋之前係有得揀唔用飲管就平$2,依家冇左呢個選項,餐飲變左要加錢🤷‍♂️到主菜就係d肉啦,感覺質素都係退步左,d肉既顏色可以見到絕對唔靚,唯一係S2餐既幾件貴價牛比較好小小☹️最後跟餐既牛角飯仍然係無限任添,我冇影到相,但呢樣算係保持到水準👌🏻總括黎講,牛角既新餐牌係有比之前平,但係質素比之前差既幅度相當大,平衡唔到個價錢,我寧願佢保持舊有餐牌同質素,好過平食劣食🥲🥲 希望牛角之後會改善,畢竟我都真係佢既fans🥺

總括黎講,牛角既新餐牌係有比之前平,但係質素比之前差既幅度相當大,平衡唔到個價錢,我寧願佢保持舊有餐牌同質素,好過平食劣食🥲🥲 希望牛角之後會改善,畢竟我都真係佢既fans🥺
