To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在城市裡工作流連，想喝一杯小店咖啡，不是易事。有一次經過這條街，看見這裝修型格的Smoko，不禁停下腳步，駐足停留。這時有一把聲音：「小姐想要D咩呢？」回頭一看，本以為是路人甲的高大男生，原來是店員，我一時無法反應，就指了指眼前那塊黑板「Iced cucumber latte，regular ?」「Large，唔該。」就這樣，嚐了第一口Smoko。這杯青瓜latte，入口清新，沒有一般咖啡的濃厚，很輕盈，薄薄的咖啡香，消暑之選店內還有許多特飲選擇，喜歡咖啡的你，經過的話，不妨一試。靜靜的街角，飲一杯咖啡，享受一份寧靜。
