希鳥係東京嚟嘅鳥割烹過江龍 正宗日本班底🇯🇵 一開始冇太大期望 可能因為訂位時因言語不通印象麻麻  入到餐廳即見炭火明爐🔥 欣賞通風設計 用餐途中同食完個身完全冇油煙味  師傅選用日本鹿兒島黑薩摩雞😙 晚飯由一碗清甜嘅菊花雞肉丸子湯揭起序幕😋  成餐料理除左平時食開嘅雞翼 雞脾肉 免治雞肉棒等等  亦品嚐到雞嘅稀少部位同特別菜式🤩  連最後招牌雞湯拉麵同松露免治雞肉飯都非常出色 依個價錢欣賞到美食同師傅嘅一絲不苟 抵🥴
