To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

⭐️香草海鹽燒美國原條牛肋骨配薯條

首先要讚佢嘅擺盤,好靚,連d沙律都有用心,加左d橄欖油,又健康、又好食;至於牛肋骨,肉味濃,又唔肥,又唔會好硬,正!個汁無論配肉定係個薯蓉都好夾😋

個面灑左d香草碎,個頂放埋黑松露醬,有幾款菇,仲有蒜頭,但係食唔到蒜頭嘅辣味,反而食到蒜頭嘅香味同佢嘅口感,正!好怕食d好淋嘅意粉,佢個意粉煮得啱

⭐️酥皮蘋果批配雪糕
Apple Pie with Ice-cream
一落枱就有驚喜,好靚呀!真係有棵蘋果樹喺到,好用心。雖然只係配雲尼拿雪糕,但係入面有果仁,豐富左佢嘅口感,蘋果批唔會好厚,酥皮唔會搶左蘋果片嘅口感,配合得恰到好處。
