今日真係Blue Monday,唔係添!應該話係Deep Blue Monday,點解?天都未光就爬起身返工,搬搬抬抬,仲差不多企足一日,還未收工就已經同自己講:今晚一定一定一定要食餐好,豪食一餐才對得住自己!臨收工時,同事就介紹了這間她激讚的餐廳給我,聽到我流晒口水,那就坐言起行,馬上坐車去。餐廳門面感覺好低調,又有啲神秘…..按門而入,型格的牆身中間鑲了店名「M」字,很酷!眼見一排吧枱和兩間獨立房,地方不算大,但每個座位挺闊落,坐得舒適。我的最佳位置當然是能欣賞着大廚們精湛廚藝的吧枱啦!以IPad 作為menu,很環保!餐廳只供應一款dinner set,還有一些A La Carte 和 多款Drinks。不用費神,就點Dinner Set 作 Saku ($1580),一共八道菜,大滿足!********************先付 Appetizer 為炸紫蘇葉配海膽及魚子醬,一出場就如此矜貴,讚!紫蘇葉炸得香脆,一點也不油膩,跟甘香油潤的海膽和鹹鮮的魚子醬一起吃,鮮香、油潤、脆口集於一身,滋味得很。好開始!********************嘩!刺身 Sashimi 霧着

嘩!刺身 Sashimi 霧着煙出場,先來視覺的享受。以一塊日式藤板盛載,配上花穗紫蘇和葉子,擺設相當優雅精美。是日刺身分別有鰤魚和牡丹蝦。前者色澤紅潤亮麗,肉質嫩中帶微爽,挺油潤,魚鮮味亦濃,優質!牡丹蝦色澤透亮,微爽兼富黏性,味道鮮美。

下一道本是日本墨魚,但因我不吃墨魚,故大廚悉心為我準備另一道菜代替,真窩心!換上竟然是魚,真好彩!金鯛魚 Amadai Fish 先蒸熟後炸,炸至魚鱗都片片豎起,入口相當香脆可口。厚身的金鯛魚肉質潔白,鮮嫩兼滿有魚香, 炮製時間掌握得恰到好處,能鎖住魚肉汁,再削了些風乾的魚子醬,為其添些鹹鮮,美味得很。

接着是汁煮鮑魚 Braised Abalone,配了些米型意粉,配搭挺新穎。鮑魚鮮香腍嫩,帶微爽,本身已煮得入味,再配了以鮑魚肝製作的肝醬,吃起來味道更濃更甘香,好吸引!

麵包烤至金黃,外微脆內軟熟,而主角吉列宮崎牛外層香脆可口,肉質極之腍嫩,咬出一絲絲,牛味香濃,伴着微爽帶酸的紅酒橋頭漬,一口咬下去,簡直脆嫩爽集於一身,難怪師父溫馨提示建議三層一齊食,真係啖啖教人回味!

見大廚準備不同架罉,原來輪到尾崎牛涮涮鍋 Ozaki Beef Shabushabu。大廚先拎出一碟尾崎牛,兩片都鮮紅亮麗,油脂如雪花般遍佈全片肉,多吸引啊!再來一碟放了日本包菜、日本金菇和烏冬,可開始涮啦!

以牛骨湯做滑底,大廚把牛肉涮幾涮,伴上翠綠爽嫩的包菜,再淋上熱辣辣的牛滑湯,食得!牛肉腍嫩得很,同樣牛味濃,連埋牛骨湯,牛味再進一步提升,夠晒滋味!再來就是尾崎牛烏冬配金菇,牛肉同樣涮得合時,扁身烏冬亦爽滑,而日本金菇爽而不黐牙,好吃!當然最後一滴牛骨湯都喝光,味道一流手!

最後一道當然是甜品 Dessert ,看着大廚即切水果,更感新鮮。先吃日本杮子,爽口清甜;再吃蜜瓜,甜美多汁,兩款都很優質,老實說……真的不夠喉,如果配上一球雪糕或蕨餅,就更滿足,哈!
