今日真係Blue Monday,唔係添!應該話係Deep Blue Monday,點解?天都未光就爬起身返工,搬搬抬抬,仲差不多企足一日,還未收工就已經同自己講:今晚一定一定一定要食餐好,豪食一餐才對得住自己!臨收工時,同事就介紹了這間她激讚的餐廳給我,聽到我流晒口水,那就坐言起行,馬上坐車去。餐廳門面感覺好低調,又有啲神秘…..按門而入,型格的牆身中間鑲了店名「M」字,很酷!眼見一排吧枱和兩間獨立房,地方不算大,但每個座位挺闊落,坐得舒適。我的最佳位置當然是能欣賞着大廚們精湛廚藝的吧枱啦!以IPad 作為menu,很環保!餐廳只供應一款dinner set,還有一些A La Carte 和 多款Drinks。不用費神,就點Dinner Set 作 Saku ($1580),一共八道菜,大滿足!********************先付 Appetizer 為炸紫蘇葉配海膽及魚子醬,一出場就如此矜貴,讚!紫蘇葉炸得香脆,一點也不油膩,跟甘香油潤的海膽和鹹鮮的魚子醬一起吃,鮮香、油潤、脆口集於一身,滋味得很。好開始!********************嘩!刺身 Sashimi 霧着
