To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友去左中環士丹利街瘋狂小面食晚飯好快店員就安排好座位我地點左一個瘋狂套餐A+B+C+D瘋狂燒白面不過無晒可惜(限賣15份),下次要早D黎試之後我地轉左食瘋狂大排面(紅湯少辣少麻),鳥梅汁,燒椒茄子,成都老冰粉.再加多一個瘋狂缽缽雞瘋狂大排面-我地選左少辣所以都OK唔算太辣的,個味都唔錯幾野味,排骨都幾淋唔會好硬同埋都好入味 ,而個麵就軟硬適中.鳥梅汁--甜甜地酸酸地咁鮮辣一流燒椒茄子--入晒味完全同個茄子二合一左成都老冰粉--凍凍地食完野再食佢真係好正呀,甜甜地有山渣有葡萄乾幾獨特瘋狂缽缽雞-有30串素30串肉入面有腐皮,蝦仁,勝瓜,木耳,豆腐乾,魷魚,西蘭花,雞脾菇,秀珍菇,薯仔,萵苣,小棠菜,冬菇,豬腩肉,鵪鶉蛋,雞翼尖,山藥,青瓜,雞腎,豬肚,豬脷,珍珠荀,蓮藕,鴨舌個汁係個重點,再加埋野食入去就真係種類又多,可以食到唔同既野,都幾正呀
