天氣轉涼,有咩好得過食辣野?雖然我唔太食得辣,都忍唔住去尖沙咀呢間川熙樓挑戰下。大大個紅色招牌,加上大紅燈籠高高掛,好有中國特色。事實上,餐廳都有唔少普通話人黎幫襯 (放心,都係斯文客),我諗係因為呢度既川菜應該幾正宗,加上用餐環境好,所以吸引到唔少商務客。餐廳提供既係苦蕎茶,屬炒米茶。雖然個名有個「苦」字,但大家放心,茶係唔苦既,仲有一種炒茶香。呢種茶比較少見,我上網查左一下資料,發現苦蕎茶具有降血脂、降血糖、降血壓既功效,原來咁有益,早知飲多兩杯。椒麻鹽水蝦($78),用玻璃杯上,旁邊仲有沙律菜,成個presentation好靚,有中西合璧既感覺。蝦仁夠爽口,麻而不辣,下面鋪左用醋浸住既青瓜,整個菜好有新鮮感,夠醒神!辣子雞脯($158),呢個真係正到暈!我唔食得辣,只叫左BB辣,上枱時見到咁多辣椒,真係有少少嚇窒,但夾一粒,個辣度果然只屬輕量,師傅萬歲!雞肉炒到香噴噴,雞皮脆脆地,微辣有鹹香,好惹味,用黎送飯一流!孜然四季豆($78),我一向好鍾意孜然粉既香味,餐廳竟然用呢種香料黎炒四季豆,第一次見,就要一碟。味道果然不負我既期望,好香,四季豆爽脆,好正!食完主菜,想試埋四川既甜

食完主菜,想試埋四川既甜品係點既。見到餐牌有一款叫「蛋煎糍粑」,聞所未聞,又試下。原來係將糯米糍用雞蛋煎香,糯米糍面層有蛋香,裡面無餡,軟綿煙靭,只靠面頭既花生黃糖黎調味,我覺得好好味,大家記得留肚食。
