作為口味重嘅朋友,泰菜確係不二之選,係香料、香料同超級多香料。先講下環境,甫入門口就有一架篤篤係門口係覺得佢有心打扮下間鋪頭。個人覺得佢嘅2人餐好似太多,3人食剛剛好,叫好野食上菜都上得好快,點知第一個上黎嘅竟然係辣帶子炒飯,是咁的雖然我吾係食緊fine dinning,但我係有超重嘅食飯儀式感,除非我叫係叫左一碟飯,如果吾係主食係應該食左前菜或者小食先上,hmm..但我都有食左,先講個辣炒飯,我覺得有驚喜嘅,因為佢係用左pad thai嘅感覺,辣中帶少少甜,每一啖飯帶點濕潤,帶子似乎係急凍貨,冇得重鮮味,但係佢加咗落炒飯,有少少辣辣地又甜甜地嘅味道,尚算不俗。然之後係青咖喱雞,青咖喱嘅味道唔錯,咖喱有頗重椰奶味,完全唔辣,但係雞就一般啦,或者係我唔係好鍾意食雞,我覺得肉質一般,但唔算係overcook,夾係薄餅都食,都還好。之後送上嚟嘅係遲到嘅豬頸肉同埋柚子沙律,先講柚子沙律,佢係用完隻柚子滅落嚟嘅,加上花生洋蔥等配料,入口有咬碎嘅柚子汁,配上香口嘅佐料,有別於一般柚子碎粒加沙律菜又係另一種柚子沙律嘅體驗,至於豬頸肉係全晚最失望嘅一碟菜,雖然肉質都OK,但係味道有啲似叉燒,係要陪醬食
