一向中意食湘菜嘅FD,推薦咗哩間湘菜館,一定要試試。餐廳唔算大,裝修唔錯,好有湖南風味。百香果汁(紮),用咗百香果同檸檬製作,會過濾咗百香果籽,好有心。入口百香果果味濃厚,伴有淡淡檸檬清香,解辣一流。手撕醬板鴨,板鴨切得細細件方便入口,板鴨肉微幹帶有少少煙熏味,食落好有嚼勁,送酒一流。腰肝合炒,哩個餸係香港好少見,很考驗主廚火候。豬腰同豬肝切得好薄身,用大火爆炒,十數秒已經可以起貨。肝腰處理得好乾淨,食落超級嫩滑仲要好有鑊氣。樟樹港辣椒炒土豬肉,用咗湖南特色樟樹港辣椒炒制,哩款辣椒唔會好辣,食落脆口帶有少少清甜。土豬肉切片,炒到微微卷起,辣椒可以中和咗豬肉油脂,豬肉肉嫩辣椒鮮甜,送飯一流。
