To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友係要見下的~又是約老友見面的時間~又是最方便的旺角~ 剛好大家想食中菜~ 在openrice搵下見中旅社附近有呢間~其實811店名是代表咩意思??在門口見環境OK就直接入去, 餐牌可以點小菜, 可以食火鍋~ 小菜辣度也可自由選擇牛肚好正!!乾身爽口的, 平時食的牛肚都是比較淋身, 原來干撈也不錯! 涼麵麵質算幾好食! 偏硬身少少~ 手撕雞份量不算多, 但夠嫩滑金湯鮮椒魚我感覺也是有點像酸菜魚~ 湯上多了鮮椒的辣味~ 魚片夠大份量夠多 , 嫩滑, 魚骨只有少許經常點干煸四季豆食, 這個我覺得算中上水準, 四季豆不會炸得太乾/太淋, 肉碎份量多, 連白飯食一流海蜇下是紅油, 越食越辣, 越過癒特別推薦黑糖茲粑, 25蚊,份量超多, 夠晒抵食!!荔枝沙冰的匙是櫻花紋~ 勁靚平時一支都收30蚊, 依家2支的份量, 加上不停轉色的燈, 都是32蚊. 抵晒!! P.S. 原來入面有一隻鯊魚橡皮糖~好正川北涼粉要小心夾, 太暴力會斷~ 不過越食越辣 ><真心講811 價錢唔算貴, 食物質素好, 推薦下先~
