To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚餐點了個酸辣包椒粟飼雞，酸辣味配合得很好，是開胃之菜。菜一送來，就耐不住喝了幾口湯，停不了。一不小心，咬了和酸菜一樣顏色的辣椒，很辣，立時多喝兩口湯。雞件稍遜色，有點過熟，皮肉分離的，不過不肥膩，也沒雪藏味。最終都是回歸酸辣湯底，真是一啖也不放過，菜、肉都吃完了，也要把湯喝至見底。飲品紅豆薏米水也不錯，除了解辣，也很美味。雖然有大大粒用糖煮過的紅豆，整也不太甜。（用紙飲管的)甜品地瓜慕絲塔一般得很，有點雪久了，不夠軟滑，硬硬的。
