去完歐洲返嚟,第一件事就係想打邊爐。趁住打風前夕,去咗食想試好耐嘅麻辣火鍋。一坐低餐廳就上咗碗雪耳紅棗糖水,話可以喺食辣嘢之前保護個胃,非常貼心。我地叫咗個鴛鴦鍋:麻辣+ 花膠雞湯 (+$20/位),花膠雞湯好鮮甜,入邊嘅雞都仲好嫩滑,亦都有唔少花膠。麻辣湯底我哋揀咗普通辣,辣椒同花椒味道好平衡,辣得好過癮,又唔會話辣到食唔到。見到有個叫+0辣,本身以為係唔辣咁解,問番原來劉嘉玲嚟過打邊爐,佢好食得辣,所以整咗呢個”嘉玲辣”俾佢。Menu有好多招牌菜都好吸引,簡直花多眼亂。鮮豬心 ($38, 8/10):入口鮮嫩爽滑,完全冇內臟嘅臭味鮮黃喉 ($58, 7.5/10):第一次食黃喉,問番先知原來唔係喉嚨,係主動脈血管。食落好爽脆,聽講處理上嚟好花功夫,所以唔多地方有得食鮮鵝腸 ($68, 7.5/10):鵝腸好爽口,浸左麻辣湯之後勁惹味功夫萵筍片 ($28, 8/10):每一片萵筍都片得好薄,果然好考功夫。脆嫩的萵筍食落有清爽口感和獨特香味,令人回味無窮手打魚籽蝦滑 ($58, 8/10):魚籽蝦滑真材實料,味道鮮甜,仲食到淡淡蝦肉武隆苕粉 ($28, 9/10):呢個望落有啲似粗薯粉

武隆苕粉 ($28, 9/10):呢個望落有啲似粗薯粉,口感比一般薯粉更加煙韌爽滑,大推!


鮮龍躉片 ($78, 8.5/10):厚切嘅龍躉片口感鮮嫩,肉質細緻


美國桶蠔 ($98, 9/10):新鮮的美國桶蠔,肉質creamy, 味道鮮甜,帶有淡淡的海水味


鮮滑魚麵 ($38, 7.5/10):一啲唔腥,亦好有魚味


特色迷你燕餃 ($38, 8/10):燕餃外皮嫩滑煙韌,入面係豬肉同埋蔥花,一啖一隻岩岩好


霞浦海帶苗 ($18, 8.5/10):比一般海帶長好多,唔單止食落有啲似紫菜嘅海水味,仲令湯底帶有鹹香


淮山條 ($28, 7.5/10):雙色淮山條賣相好靚,口感綿密,帶有淡淡的甜味


維C天王 ($48, 8/10): 洛神花茶酸酸甜甜好開胃


爆檸天王 ($48, 8/10): 呢杯成800ml嘅凍檸茶甜度適中,打邊爐飲住佢真係好爽


我覺得呢間餐廳環境舒服闊落,食物新鮮,招呼亦好周到,侍應有主動介紹我哋除咗點豉油,亦可以點麻油食,唔單止解辣,仲帶出食材嘅鮮味,整體係值得一試!
