To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣凍，就好想食辣嘢🤤經過巧運工業大廈見到新開咗呢間主打川菜及中菜嘅新餐廳，上到餐廳感覺幾舒適，除咗一般座位、卡位仲有VIP房🔸前菜醃製咗嘅粉絲，食落辣辣地，幾有口感🥔麻辣土豆絲土豆絲切到粗幼不一，食落去更有口感，個汁好惹味，辣得嚟帶有微酸，好開胃🦐時尚麻辣鍋材料好豐富😍分別有蝦、腩肉片、午餐肉、牛柏葉、蓮藕片、椰菜花及萵筍片，要咗小辣，個鍋下面有蠟燭可以Keep住個溫度，啲食材吸曬啲汁好入味，非常惹味😋好鐘意佢唔會太油，小辣辣度剛剛好，又好夠味，正💯🐠招牌水煮魚生魚片份量都幾多，食落好滑完全冇刺，配料有豆卜、萵筍片、芽菜、蓮藕片及寛粉，例牌份量都好足！啲配料吸曬啲汁，相當惹味，小辣食落好夠味😋如果唔係好食得辣，叫小辣就剛剛好，呢個好抵食呀！🍻青島食辣要配啤酒先爽整體嚟講💕環境舒服，味道幾出色，非常惹味嘅川菜，除咗川菜亦有中菜㗎，啱啲唔食辣嘅朋友
