To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日行完中環諗住去食個飯,先整返起有人推介過呢間瘋狂小面,係四川嘅過江龍,好似仲攞咗好多獎添主打唔同嘅面類,有紅湯白湯同埋乾撈,今日都試咗佢兩隻麵😝紅湯瘋狂牛肉面(加牛舌)濃郁的紅湯為基底,加入大塊的牛肉和嚼勁十足的牛舌,口感層次豐富。湯料醬香四溢,入口濃郁鮮美,配上彈牙的麵條,值得一提嘅係呢度嘅麵條係用新鮮水麵,所以口感特別好紅湯瘋狂大排面同頭先嗰碗一樣,不過叫咗大排,其實會有啲似豬軟骨,餐廳都炆得幾入味,唔單止出邊味濃,而且裏面都有味泡椒鳯爪有大量泡椒醃製,一樣非常入味,幾開胃
