To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日老闆咁好死提前俾我地落班，真系幾年嚟都難得一遇咯，啦啦聲去計畫好耐嘅梨泰園韓國餐廳，簡直系天助我也啊，哈哈哈哈，快快行動，好驚去到無位吖、現實經常會系無意之間俾人驚喜，去到竟然仲有位，happy！我地見到有幾個套餐可以揀嘅，其中2人套餐就分別有AC餐同B餐，仲有一個2~3人套餐嘅，其中A套餐$670，B套餐先$640，而2~3人套餐則需$890,.韓國好出名嘅有石鍋拌飯喇，梗系希望可以試下最正宗嘅石鍋拌飯喇，哩個飯其實都好多下咯，我自己一個人係可以食到好飽，不過真係好好味，講到明系拌飯，所以飯同配料系撈埋一起嘅，好入味系肯定嘅喇，仲有就系俾我見識到咩叫做熱辣辣嘅飯，正吖。辣豆腐湯，雖然話系豆腐湯，其實人地裡面系落咗好多材料嘅，辣就同我地一般意義上嘅辣有翻小小出入，年糕好好食。海鮮薄餅，真係薄餅，而且比較熱氣，好食就真系好食，脆的嚟又好香，感覺比較素食。
