海鮮當中,我最喜歡吃蟹,因為蟹肉鮮嫩多汁,口感豐富。每當吃到新鮮的蟹時,無論是清蒸、焗烤還是做成蟹黃包,都能讓我感受到海洋的味道。今午和友人來到位於尖沙咀美麗華商場二樓一間辣蟹專門店午膳,店舖佈置華麗,侍應殷勤有禮,我點了數款菜餚:避風塘炒辣蟹 - 一道富有香港特色的美食,師傅選用來自越南的肉蟹,除了炸蒜,還會加入辣椒及其他調味料,提升菜餚的風味。上枱時擺盤精緻,傳來一陣陣香蒜和辣味,侍應小心翼翼將蟹鉗壓碎,方便食客享用,鮮甜的蟹肉入口嫰滑,調味恰到好處,令我一口接一口,非常滋味。蟹油炒麵 - ,蟹油的香味讓人垂涎欲滴。麵條炒得恰到好處,吸收了蟹油的精華,每一口都帶有濃厚的海鮮風味。辣酒煮花螺這道辣酒煮花螺的味道獨特,酒香與辣味交融,花螺的鮮甜在口中迸發。椒鹽九肚魚 - 師傅將新鮮的九肚魚塗上薄粉漿,外層炸至金黃酥脆,帶有椒鹽的香氣,由於魚肉的水分被鎖住,形成了外脆內嫩的完美口感。金銀蛋浸時疏這道菜以金銀蛋的濃郁香氣浸泡時令蔬菜,口感滑嫩,十分清爽。每一口都能感受到蔬菜的新鮮與蛋香的完美結合,讓人感覺既滿足又不油膩。
