To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間烤魚原本係我D舊同事介紹我食既，原本就係食麵（因為食飯時間短），後期有一次有成個幾鐘Lunch time俾我食飯之後，我就係度叫左半條麻辣烤魚，對一個好鍾意好鍾意食魚既人黎講，我真係好興奮！真心覺得呢條魚好好食，又嫩又滑，而且好大條！但係每次我都太肚餓，所以好急就食左條魚，所以Ｄ辣味未太上哂條魚度，如果有興趣想試呢隻魚既食家，記住要起碼等10分鐘之後先好食，因為條魚會多Ｄ味（無論係辣魚定係其他味既烤魚都好），另外，如果得1-2個食家一齊去食既，就唔好叫烤魚啦，佢地Ｄ米線都唔錯架，不過烤魚就真係太大條啦對２個人黎講！
