To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔三哥米線嘅麻辣湯底屬於我個人嘅最愛。一般會依據當日個人情況，選擇5-3小辣唔等。我一般會選擇雞肉，肉質偏瘦但唔會硬，墨魚丸嚼勁十足，彈性OK。豬潤唔會有腥味，處理嘚唔錯。最好食嘅都係炸醬：炸醬咸甜味共存，比起全盤入湯食，我個人更鍾意細細啖食，因為此味道唔會被湯沖淡。過橋米線係擁有選擇困難的人or想嘗試所有鎹的人嘅首選。湯底可以選擇酸辣或麻辣。酸辣就唔辣度嘅等級分別，麻辣可選10小辣，5小辣，4小辣等。內料大概有：豬潤、豆皮、雞肉、魚/墨魚/牛肉丸、金菇、炸醬等等。一份嘅份量適合男仔多d。
