老公成日都話要食酸辣魚。係荃灣都食咗唔少間,但想不到,漁牧先啱老公口味。兩個人,叫咗一壺的竹蔗黑糖冰。預備食辣魚時解解渴。前菜,點咗呢個拍青瓜拌梅汁雲耳,用黎開開胃,原來個份量都唔少喎。清炒時蔬,今次揀咗白菜仔。主角黎啦!就係呢個鮮泡椒酸菜味的辣魚。今次我哋揀咗清江魚,貪佢無咁多骨,比較啱我食。外皮係炸到卜卜脆的,食起上黎,更有炭香口味。成碟都有好多辣椒以及香料及酸辣味。食起上黎更香辣。而且,仲可以揀配菜,每款都係十幾廿蚊咋。今次我哋加咗熟鮮腐戶、仲有薯仔片,更吸收埋酸辣湯汁係入味。成條魚都好大條,成量好足料!越食,個湯汁就越濃縮,所以會越食越辣的哦。
