最近得知這店結業了,知道它的大興集圑旗下的食肆,五月份和朋友曾到此店打卡,我覺得它失敗的原同在於食材品質差。在尖沙咀來說,它的裝修不俗,酸辣魚的香料和湯底也很正宗,吃得出花椒,辣椒和胡椒的香辣,另外渇底亦有很多酸菜,蒜,薑,檸檬菜,香芹和䓤香,很酸中辣層次有序,單是湯底非常正宗,令人好開胃,打邊爐此湯底最正,可是我後悔選了鱸魚,完全無魚鮮味,魚散,味如咀蠟,因此大打折扣,其實完鯇一定比雪貨鱸魚更好吃! 小吃麻辣皮蛋,麻辣汁很出色又麻又夠辣,可是皮蛋是最好貨色,不夠綿香和蛋味,太普通。甜品實不錯,紫薯驢糯米皮做得又軟又糯,淡淡的甜,淡淡的紫薯蓉口感,好好吃甜品。無奈此店衰在食材太差,被淘汰在所難免。

魚肉份量算多,海鱸魚組織多為大骨,小骨唔多,食起黎可以暢快d,最重要係魚肉唔會散開晒,最怕既就係食魚魚肉散散亂亂,難怪海鱸魚做到烤魚界既一哥,整體不錯!😋✨

自己一個人食午飯,多數都係食得清淡d。諗起上次去「茶木」等位,隔離間「漁牧」冇咩客人,甘樣食午飯唔洗急住讓張檯出來,可以慢慢hea下啦。正呀!當日雖然係假期,但預料之中,真係勁多臺,勁少客人!假期都有lunch set咼,好抵食。好多選擇下,清清地點左手打墨魚滑湯烏冬。包一杯餐飲賣相幾精緻!但d湯冇味既,水甘淡。有點失望,烏冬唔係巑崎烏冬果真是手打墨魚滑呀。食落,冇味既!唔通冇落調味料?!冇味的一碗麵

We ordered the coconut juice chicken hotpot, durian chicken pot and garlic fish pot, grill pig with stuffed glutinous rice, dumplings and beef stomach as side dishes.

First of all the most honourable mention was the durian pot. It brought our taste buds to the next level by putting chicken with durian together. I have tried durian in sweet food but have never tried it with savory. The chicken was super tender and dipped in melted durian sauce. They had half the chicken and a whole scoop of durian meat to cook with it. Even those who aren’t a big fan of durian would find this dish interesting.

The coconut juice chicken pot was quite light and worth trying is the octopus and fish balls which was quite chewy with bits of octopus meat inside the balls. They cook it with almost a whole chicken. Served also with vegetables and udons too.

The garlic fish was also my favorite. The whole fish was cooked and with sour pickled vegetables and garlic. It is also amazing that the fish only had big bones and the meat still really soft and tender after being cooked for a while. We can also add other toppings such as tofu, turnip, potatoes, potato starch and lotus roots in it too. Other side dishes especially the beef stomach was very nice too. Roasted pig with stuffed glutinous rice was also worth trying with the pork roasted just about right and served with three choices of sauces, matcha, sweet and mustard sauce.

同幾個朋友想食水煮魚想食咗兩年都未有機會一齊食,終於可以約埋一齊去食啦,最後我哋揀咗呢一間餐廳fisher & farmer。見到佢嘅烤魚好吸引,所以就點左烤魚,原來都幾好食㗎。啲魚肉好滑,味道雖然好重但係唔會覺得好辣。平時少食辣嘅朋友都有一齊食,終點左其他小菜,個醉雞都好好食。但係呢間餐廳的服務員態度好差,而且有啲粗魯,好彩啲嘢食好食如果唔係成餐飯都唔開心!不過呢度可以坐好耐,我哋坐到啲人走晒我哋先走。而且啲座位好闊落,想傾計傾耐啲嘅話可以嚟呢度。

韓國朋友黎香港懷免做交換生嘅大學生活,相約係尖沙咀晚飯。放左工急急腳係新界碌出城,黎到嘉拿芬廣場二樓嘅漁牧,朋友食過話唔錯,一於試下佢朋友訂位時問洗唔洗預訂老北京烤鴨,話可以幫手預留,點知轉個頭又話無晒,唯有下次先試啦。韓妹嗜辣,所以我地叫左個spicy hot 嘅海鱸魚,好快就送到,上枱一刻見倒鋪滿密麻麻嘅辣椒🌶️,知道唔惹小。海鱸魚稍為煎香再煮,肉食都幾結實,配以香辣味好刺激。食完魚可以再加其他食物打邊爐(正確黎講都唔算打邊爐,因為選配嘅食物都係廚房加熱左先,怕爐火熱唔起,所以只可配簡單食物),呢度有少許失色呢。除左魚,我地仲叫左兩份前菜,分別係糖醋排骨(硬左少少)同埋醬油皮蛋(外國人點都要試下,呢係好味喎),仲有叫左1/4 隻 bb豬,bb豬好嫩口,配三隻醬汁食好好味,底下嘅蔥油飯亦不錯。整體黎講其實佢個魚就唔夠其他鋪頭咁出色,而佢餐牌上嘅菜色都屬gimmick,希望下次試倒款主菜係佢嘅主打啦

凍凍地都想打吓邊邊,朋友c 選了漁牧,到達漁牧,看到其他客人叫的都是一盤盤滾著火辣辣既魚,因為唔係好食得辣,我地叫左個青甜椰青雞窩做湯底,個湯底係用兩個椰青水,椰青肉加1支細蒸餾水弄成,侍應等湯底滾起再放入雞煮20分鐘,湯入面加有馬蹄同竹笙,聞到陣陣青香,等了一會,我地每人一碗椰青雞湯,清潤無燥啊!真係鮮甜滋潤因為火煱料選擇唔多,我地只叫左: 墨魚滑; 萵筍; 枝竹; 紅薯粉,(但紅薯粉唔知點解係白色)另外仲叫左2個小吃:絕味雙菇 同 香甜爽口菜,絕味雙菇係雞脾菇同冬菇,小小辣幾好味,香甜爽口菜就係娃娃菜加日式胡麻醬,而甜品叫左: 豆沙窩餅,佢似台式太陽餅,與上海豆窩餅不同,我就覺得尼款唔係咁好味...飲品就點了酸梅湯1瓶,不錯的飲料喔~

凍凍地都想打吓邊邊,
朋友c 選了漁牧,到達漁牧,
看到其他客人叫的都是一盤盤滾著火辣辣既魚,
因為唔係好食得辣,我地叫左個青甜椰青雞窩做湯底,
個湯底係用兩個椰青水,椰青肉加1支細蒸餾水弄成,
侍應等湯底滾起再放入雞煮20分鐘,

因為火煱料選擇唔多,
我地只叫左: 墨魚滑; 萵筍; 枝竹; 紅薯粉,
(但紅薯粉唔知點解係白色)
另外仲叫左2個小吃:
絕味雙菇 同 香甜爽口菜,
絕味雙菇係雞脾菇同冬菇,小小辣幾好味,
香甜爽口菜就係娃娃菜加日式胡麻醬,
甜品叫左: 豆沙窩餅,佢似台式太陽餅,
與上海豆窩餅不同,我就覺得尼款唔係咁好味...
飲品就點了酸梅湯1瓶,不錯的飲料喔~

漁牧主打新派川茶,喜歡麻辣的我決定要試一試。回味酸辣味燒魚-魚夠大條,味道酸酸辣辣,開胃醒神,魚肉肉質鮮嫩,放在爐上燒,可以慢慢品嚐。榴連雞煲 -榴連的味道令人又愛又恨,愛的遠遠聞到都會垂涎三尺,恨的聞到會敬而遠之。漁牧竟大膽將生果入饌,選取的更是果皇榴連,配上鮮雞,製作成港人最愛的雞煲。不吃榴連的我懷著戰戰兢兢的心情試了一口,味道倒不是跟平時吃生果一樣,煮過的榴連濃烈的味度減退了不少,多了一份甜味,配上新鮮嫩滑的雞件,十分惹味。

臨近冬天,又系打邊爐嘅日子。經友人的介紹下嘗試下新嘅打邊爐,因本人冬天都喜愛打邊爐但已經一連幾日都打邊邊,所以友人便推介了一個冇咁熱氣嘅椰子雞邊爐試下新嘢。漁牧之前都試過不過是食北京烤鴨都是不錯的,今次試下打邊爐又是一個不錯的選擇。椰子雞火鍋,真系即開數個椰子,然後倒入鍋內做湯底,不加水,只用椰子水做湯底,認真鮮甜美味,再加入雞肉,雞肉吸收哂椰子湯底,鮮甜嫩滑,雞肉不會感覺老,可以試下煲耐啲都仍然嫩滑。肥牛,打邊爐少不得,雖然肥牛不是採用和牛,但仍有和牛相近入口即溶嘅口感,不俗,賣相吸引,油花同肉嘅分佈紋理清晰可見,值得一讚。蝦滑份量十足,比其他火鍋店更多。豆腐稍微有雪味,失色不少,未能盡吸椰子味。尤魚不錯,更有服務員為你切開,服務員服務周到,不時為你加水及火鍋湯,即時當時是繁忙時間。

臨近冬天,又系打邊爐嘅日子。
