兩個人喺OpenRice搵左呢一間旺角既泰國嘢試試,不過始終都係覺得食泰國嘢都係要去九龍城,硬係覺得啲味始終都係爭啲啲泰國feel,整體來講都叫做OK啦,唔算難食。首先黎個金邊粉,估唔到佢咁大碟,可能我食開個啲金邊粉比較濕同埋斷開細細條,容易入口啲,所以今次呢個我就覺得偏甜而且太大「住」,乾得濟,油就一d都唔油,唔怕「漏」。你個香芒蟹肉炒飯就真係零瀉特別, (可能因為我未食過嘅關係),一開始覺得濕爹爹的的口感有啲奇怪,後來食食吓又覺得佢同啲炒飯好夾, 1濕1乾,而且真係好香芒果味,芒果同蟹肉仲有炒蛋嘅份量都比想像中多,當然啦,你就唔好預佢啲蟹肉有好重嘅蟹味啦。鹹淡適中,亦都唔會油,呢個炒飯都叫做唔錯㗎啦。食泰國嘢梗係一定要叫生菜包啦,今次呢個生菜包嘅豬肉餡肥瘦適中,不過如果就咁食嘅話就有啲油膩,用生菜包住黎食就可以平衡返嗰陣油,而且佢會辣辣地,都幾野未,但就爭緊d獲氣。本來好期待呢個豬頸肉炒椰菜苗,可惜有d失望,豬頸肉肥瘦唔均勻,偏瘦,難咬,椰菜苗食唔到本身既菜味,只係得蒜頭香,個汁傑左d,而且太多啦。
