To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情嚴重搞到都無得成日出去食好西，堂食又怕被感染😷而依間川菜館就供應緊外賣，俾我哋唔使擔心喺餐廳要除口罩食飯，可以買返屋企安心享用美食~鱔糊粗炒 $71如圖所見，一開蓋就見到海量芽菜🤣同埋香味撲鼻！醬汁雖然濃但食哂都唔會覺得膩🤩鱔魚既鮮甜又彈牙，而且份量都算多！麵底就好煙韌，所以整體口感一流~回鍋肉套餐 $58客飯套餐配例湯同白飯。當日例湯食材有冬瓜粟米豬軟骨，飲落無咩味精味，粟米味就好濃喇👍整體都好清甜！不過回鍋肉就得3舊，略嫌唔夠餸飯🤭勝在落咗啲紅椒夠惹味同埋啲肉都醃得夠入味~
