近期最有誠意嘅日本餐廳

三人聚餐，去了吃午飯。先講環境，有好高嘅落地玻璃還有一個小露台，光感十足。服務都好有誠意，是近期在香港少見。每人叫了一個set lunch：sushi set / sashimi set / 和牛生薑燒。Sushi有水準唔在講，sashimi擺盤超級精緻！就算我成日去開嗰啲高級日本餐廳例如 Nadaman 都冇咁靚。和牛生薑燒超級有驚喜！和牛就一定好食㗎啦，但係佢個生薑燒汁薑味濃郁非一般外面日本餐廳用嗰啲即食生薑燒汁可以相比。遲啲再去試吓Omakase😋
