To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在中環吃午飯，好味的不便宜，便宜的不好味，翠玉軒則是好味得來價錢合理，成為我近期至愛的飯堂。午市的點心不多，精緻美味。小菜非常精采，吃過牛肉餅，多汁嫩滑，金華玉樹雞水準之上，還有玻璃蝦球和蝦子柚皮等，全令人吃得津津有味。甜品方面選擇多，賣相佳，蛋撻香脆，珍珠西米清新，桂花湯圓清香。另外有多款花茶可選，很特別。
