今日慶祝特別日子,當然揀自己最鍾意既菜式😌就係家鄉既Omasake今次揀左好想試既壽司源特別日子一早訂左位,準時到達,入內環境寬敞,裝修簡潔日本風!我地今日揀左$1280先黎前菜安康魚肝/紅酒漬蘿白/燒秋刀魚,開胃菜式,紅酒蘿蔔好醒胃,燒秋刀魚好驚喜,好香口,食完仲有餘香師傅先了解我地有咩唔食,之後就開始安排!先黎根室帆立貝,師傅整左兩食,魚子醬+海鹽根室帆立貝,食落先有層次,食到笑呵呵🤭隨即再上鹿兒島真鯛魚,呢款魚都幾特別,有口感,配埋紫蘇葉一齊食,又幾清新!呢個火燒深海池魚,同平時果d池魚真係比下去了,深海池魚味道超濃,配埋板本菊一齊食,好清香,師傅用火槍燒魚皮,將d 魚油迫一迫出黎,好香,勁好食再黎係慢火煮三小時既江戶前左道產八爪魚油煮,八爪魚超入味,果然係心機菜,配菜蓮護鄉好爽口,幾得意!食完頭盤,日本舞茸清花蜆湯清清口腔😌師傳比左d 漬物我地,話食壽司前可清清味蕾,柚子大根 /washabi 山藥 /牛蒡 /蒜頭 /生薑,我最鍾意食山藥,爽口又有少少washabi 味,好特別!來到壽司部分,師傅全程好用心製作,見到佢又用火槍,上碟果陣介紹呢款壽司,來自北海道左口魚,燒過左口魚

呢個火燒深海池魚,同平時果d池魚真係比下去了,深海池魚味道超濃,配埋板本菊一齊食,好清香,師傅用火槍燒魚皮,將d 魚油迫一迫出黎,好香,勁好食


再黎係慢火煮三小時既江戶前左道產八爪魚油煮,八爪魚超入味,果然係心機菜,配菜蓮護鄉好爽口,幾得意!

師傳比左d 漬物我地,話食壽司前可清清味蕾,柚子大根 /washabi 山藥 /牛蒡 /蒜頭 /生薑,我最鍾意食山藥,爽口又有少少washabi 味,好特別!

來到壽司部分,師傅全程好用心製作,見到佢又用火槍,上碟果陣介紹呢款壽司,來自北海道左口魚,燒過左口魚魚邊,食落好有層次感,燒過部份油份好重,超讚

呢個絕到有驚喜,北海道獅魚,食落好厚身,魚味濃,呢隻魚既油份又唔同味,問完師傅,佢話呢款係時令魚
太衝動放入口,忘記影相📸️

呢一個要講3次,超超超好味,鎮店之🍣,北海道牡丹蝦,上面果d 牡丹蝦蝦膏,師傳再處理完,勁香勁濃蝦味,好想食多一件

有d 野真係唔好睇外表,呢款慢煮北海道安康魚肝,睇落冇乜特別,當你試左一啖,超痴線,魚味超濃,配埋海澡食,超搭!問師傅慢煮幾耐,回應是「㊙️」,食落有d 震撼!再3回味

食完魚肝,食埋魚身,安康魚煮物,師傅介紹話安康魚魚身,唔係度度都食到,因為處理程序都幾繁複,唔係好多店鋪會做;一放入口,肉質似田雞/雞肉,魚皮口感似海滲,又幾特別喎

仲有澡葉醋青魚加紫菜,內裡紫蘇葉碎,食完個口仲係魚香紫蘇葉既味道,唔錯👍但冇留倩影


呢款長崎縣14日成吞拿魚腩,睇落知咩料,嘻嘻😁入口即化,油脂分布的好好,掂!

之後上埋麵鼓湯同甜品,福崗士多啤梨,自家制蕨餅唔錯👍

師傅同侍應服務好好,勁有禮貌,整體來講超值,今次食到好特別既菜式,好有係日本🇯🇵食既感覺,值得推介
